Use our Assist & Go tool to keep your internet connection running smoothly. It helps you to resolve connection problems quickly and easily.
Install instructions:
- Click Save at the File Download prompt.
- Select Desktop from the drop-down list on the Save As screen.
- When the file is downloading, ensure that the box labelled Close this dialog box when download completes is not ticked.
Note: If you cannot untick this box, you will need to go to your desktop screen and double-click the Assistgo_4_0_28 icon when the download is complete.
- Click Run when the download completes.
- When Assist & Go starts installing, follow the on-screen instructions.
